Fresh Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
1 bunch of cilantro with stem cut off
1 whole white onion diced into quarters
1/4 to 1/2 of a lime (squeezed)
1 pinch of salt (or to taste)
2 to 5 jalapeno peppers (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 large can of whole tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Directions
Open tomatoes and put inside of a food processor
then add prepared onions and cilantro
add 2 jalapenos to the mix and then add
salt, squeezed lime, and peeled garlic into the food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is combined and smooth.
Try it out and then add more jalapenos if needed.

Keep inside of jar or container for up to a week
