Healthy Green Smoothie


Ingredients

1 whole bananna
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of mixed frozen fruit
1 cup of water
2 cubes of ice
4 whole strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients inside of a blender and blend
until it is consistently smooth. If it tastes too much like spinach, add a small amount of honey or more fruit into the mixture. Pour into glass and enjoy!!!
