Crispy Fried Chicken

Today, I am going to show you a more in depth recipe on how to make delicious
fried chicken. This recipe is very simple and takes little work. So lets get right into it!

Ingredients
4-8 small chicken breasts (boneless)
Panko bread crumbs (3-4 cups)
3 large eggs
3 cups of all purpose flour
Large pan
Vegetable oil
4 cups milk
Salt and pepper

Step 1: Cut chicken to desired size and put into a medium bowl.
Add milk on top and put in a dash of salt and pepper.

Step 2: Prep all ingredients as shown below into large bowls.
Place flour, mixed eggs, and bread crumbs all into separate bowls.

Step 3: Put 1 piece of chicken into flour, shake excess off.

Next, dip into the eggs, and make sure it does not have any dry spaces.

Finally, evenly coat the bread crumbs onto the wet surface.

Step 4: Gently lay prepped chicken into 1 1/2 inch of 375 degree oil.
After 30 seconds to a minute, flip the chicken. Use a thermometer and
make sure that the chicken hits 165 to 175 degrees and take it out and place
onto a rack. Make sure to cut the chicken and make sure the inside looks ready.
If not, then cook the next piece a little longer.

Step 5: Plate the chicken once fully cooked and serve with veggies and
any other sides. Then snap a photo and post a comment of how your chicken
turned out.

  2. Made dinner tonight using your recipe with one variation (air fryer). The chicken came out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Thanks for the tips.
